How to Make
O Take out the Rolls from the pack and leave it for 10 minutes.
O Heat enough oil in a wide vessel to deep fry the Rolls.
O Put the Rolls into the heated oil and deep fry them till golden Brown & serve it.

How to Make
O Empty the contents of the packet to a container.
O Put boiled water , close the lid and leave to simmer for two minutes. Then drain the excess water.
O Add 6 spoons of oil or Margarine/Butter to a pan and add crushed ginger, garlic,sliced green chili, onions ,curry leaves and pandan leaves to the oil pan with pepper, chili pieces and salt.
O You may added coocked meat, sliced scallion leaves, leeks and carrot too.
O Then mix the noodles and add soya sauce and Bell peppers.

O Place the MDK String in to a suitable pot.
O Add Pour boiling water with salt to the pot (same height of Sting).
O Close the lid & leave it for 2 minutes.
O Now if have more water drain it & put into suitable pot and use a fork to lift and separate the strings.
O Now you can Prepare Kottu or Serve it as it is like Sting Hoppers.
