How to Make
O Put the MDK Thosai mix into bowl & mix the rising agent which is in the small packet inside the Thosai mix packet.
O Then mix it thoroughly with about 4 cups of pain water.
O Cover the bowl and leave the mixture for about half an hour and add salt to taste.
O Pour a spoonful of Thosai mixture into a heated thosai pan and prepare your Thosai.
