How to Make
O Break the noodles into pieces and place in a receptacle.
O Then mix a little salt to boiling water and pour it into the receptacle with noodles.
O Cover and keep for 3 minutes.
O Then strain the noodles and pour cool water on the noodles. Drain the cool water out. Add Finally cut vegetables(Carrots, Beans, Leeks) and temper using Vegetables oil or Margarine.
