02. Grinding cleaned raw Rice & at the same time removing moisture from Rice flour using modern technology.

03.  Packing the finished product in 3 layer laminated food grade polithine packets while keeping into Hygienic condition.

How to Make

 

O  Drop the flour in the packet into a empty container & mix the small packet contents which are use to risen. Add 1/4  table spoon of suger and 1 or 1 and half  cups of water and mix well until it is a paste.

O  Leave the paste for about 3 hours closed until it is risen.

O  Add 2 cups of first coconut milk , sufficient salt and mix well.

O  Then you can follow the usual method to make hoppers.
